We’ve learned a lot from the many mediations, arbitrations and pro bono ADR cases we’ve handled, and from our experience as lawyers representing parties in litigation. And we’re applying that insight to cases where the parties don’t qualify for pro bono help but can’t afford or don’t want to pay the rates being charged by many mediators and arbitrators.
